Adam Kinakin
Adam Kinakin is the Managing Director of ILET Summits Inc. and founder of the ILET Network, a networking and training platform designed for creating and facilitating international Law Enforcement training. He founded the International Law Enforcement Training Summit, the world’s largest online
training conference with annual attendance over 10,000 officers from over 75 countries.
He spent 6 years in the Canadian Forces as an Infantry Officer in both Regular and Reserve Force capacities. He was designated as the Training Officer for his company and was a qualified CBRN Defence Officer for the regiment. He left the Canadian Forces in 2015 after suffering a significant injury during training.
Along with his military experience, Adam has been a certified Defensive Tactics Instructor since 2011 and holds training accreditation throughout Canada. He is an active member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) and works with various international organizations to create and promote various training curriculums and events.
He is the host and creator of the Tactical Breakdown podcast which has become the largest podcast in the world for Law Enforcement trainers and instructors. He is internationally recognized as a pioneer in Law Enforcement training for his work on the ILET Summit and the ability to bring together multiple organizations, agencies, and individuals to enhance training around the world.
